Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and code with Java + Spring Boot.
  • Design and build high-scale, low-latency backend systems.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, execution-first environments.
Requirements:
  • 7 to 12 years of strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  • Proven ability to architect and scale systems handling millions of users.
  • Experience mentoring developers, driving technical decisions, and promoting best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in high-performance, production environments.
