We're seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. If you possess a strong background in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or law, and are passionate about staying up-to-date on emerging regulatory risks, we'd like to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and executing testing programs to assess the effectiveness of our compliance controls
  2. Identifying and reporting potential findings to senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs
  3. Leading discussions with senior stakeholders and training colleagues on relevant knowledge and practices
  4. Collaborating with Compliance leadership to enhance the overall delivery model and contributing to presentations to senior leadership

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or law, preferably with Anti-Money Laundering expertise
  • A strong understanding of internal control and validation testing skills
  • Good academic qualifications, with certifications such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or equivalent
