Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices is required
  • Experience with configuration management and change management processes is essential
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively is crucial
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency is desirable

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management is necessary
  • 15 years full-time education or equivalent experience is required
