Job Overview:

The Senior Wealth Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management services to high net worth clients, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing tailored investment solutions and wealth planning advice.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic guidance aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with clients, family offices, and senior professionals.

Wealth Advisory & Solutions:

  • Advise clients on a range of investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide customized wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive AUM growth and revenue expansion through focused client acquisition and wallet-share development.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12-18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable organization.
  • Proven track record of managing high net worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high net worth clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
