Executive Director for Wealth Management Solutions

Drive business growth by delivering exceptional wealth management services to ultra high net worth individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive wealth management strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients.

  • Provide expert guidance on investment product selection, risk management, and portfolio diversification to ensure optimal financial outcomes for our clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue through new business development and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales, with a focus on ultra high net worth individuals and their families.

  • Proven track record in selling large portfolios, AIF tickets, and managing high-value relationships.

  • Expertise in various financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, mutual funds, and experience with stock market investments and algo trading.

  • Experience in both banking and broking environments, managing Premier Clients, will be highly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent an advantage.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.

  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

  • Hands-on experience with stock market trading and understanding of algorithmic trading strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.

  • Leadership skills, with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding complex client needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
