Appointment Setting Role

As a remote appointment setter, you will be speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S. This role is part of a rapidly growing recruitment and staffing company that provides all scripts, tools, and leads.

Our ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, spoken and written, and be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections. They must also be reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions.

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
  • Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
