We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level Cost Management Accountant to join our finance team.

This role offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios, gaining hands-on experience in various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in product costing and variance analysis
  • Support preparation of monthly management reports and cost sheets
  • Help in preparing annual budgets and financial planning reports
  • Work closely with the procurement and production teams to monitor cost drivers
  • Maintain and analyze data for cost audits and internal controls
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards
  • Assist in internal audit processes and help in identifying process improvements
  • Reconcile cost accounts with financial accounts on a periodic basis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and standard costing concepts
  • Good command of Excel and ERP software (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to analyze financial data and present insights clearly
  • Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and GST (basic level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CMA Qualified (Institute of Cost Accountants of India)

Educational Requirements:

  • CMA Inter with experience may also be considered
