Installation Project Manager

The Installation Project Manager will be a member of the GIS Installation project management team and contribute to its effective functioning. The role involves supporting the day-to-day activities of the team at factories that work on a wide range of international GIS projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process documentation requests for Field Service Engineers worldwide.
2. Maintain class overviews in S4 HANA, partly automated by AI.
3. Archive reports in XECM S4 HANA.
4. Forward actions required to Sales, Technical, or MPL teams.
5. Maintain documentation of newly installed breakers in the system.
6. Create and structure new orders, including Outlook, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
7. Handover and back-handover of orders from MPL.
8. Invoice and close orders in SAP.
9. Maintain the GCB invoice file.
10. Monitor overdue items and update KPIs.
11. Create spare part lists for FSEs, including BA numbers.
12. Prepare GCB manpower, tools quotations (approximately 60-70 are standard offers).
13. Support continuous improvement initiatives (CIPs).
14. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in BTech, EEE, or Mechatronics.
2-3 years of experience in a similar project support or technical support role, ideally in an industrial or service-oriented environment.
Solid experience with SAP S4 HANA, especially in order processing, documentation, and reporting.
Familiarity with document management systems, e.g., XECM, and collaboration tools, such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
