Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager at Walking Tree, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including chain stores and retailers
  • Excellent understanding of diamonds and jewellery to encounter and resolve pricing issues
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of servicing accounts of chain stores
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Should be well-versed with working patterns, processes, and systems of chain stores
  • Having knowledge of front-end and back-end processes of how chain stores work will be an added advantage
  • Should be presentable and matured enough to deal with big accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages by providing all necessary information relevant to the shipment/activity in coordination with Customer Services
  • Should be excellent in people management, interacting with people down the line and back-end processes
