SAP Business Integrity Screening Consultant

As a skilled SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS) Consultant, you will lead the implementation and configuration of BIS solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

The role focuses on enabling fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation through advanced screening capabilities in SAP.

  • Implement and configure SAP BIS to detect fraudulent, non-compliant, or high-risk transactions in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Design, develop, and manage screening scenarios, business rules, thresholds, and alerts in line with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define screening logic, risk indicators, and mitigation workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP BIS with other components in the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and optimize detection accuracy and rule efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing SAP BIS
  • Develop and deploy effective BIS strategies to prevent fraudulent activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Configure SAP BIS to integrate with existing SAP systems and ensure smooth data exchange.
2. Managing Screening Scenarios
  • Design and implement screening scenarios that meet compliance and audit requirements.
  • Develop and manage business rules, thresholds, and alerts to minimize false positives and maximize detection accuracy.
3. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define screening logic, risk indicators, and mitigation workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
4. Ensuring Integration and Performance
  • Integrate SAP BIS with other components in the SAP S/4HANA landscape to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize detection accuracy and rule efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have:

  • Deep knowledge of fraud detection, compliance processes, risk management, and internal control frameworks within SAP systems.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments with a strong understanding of its data model and architecture.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
