As a Data Management Leader, you will be responsible for managing business client teams and various stakeholders to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement strategic process improvements for our Master Data Management (MDM) Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage business client teams and various stakeholders to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement strategic process improvements for the MDM Roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience in managing MDM rollout projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while also acting as a business consultant to provide practical advice and guidance.
  • Skilled in developing and executing MDM operational strategies with insightful knowledge of process enhancement methodologies.
  • Understand service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for master data-related business processes.
  • Experience in directing large engagements with notable success in leading the design, development, and delivery of complex projects/programs related to Master Data Management.

Qualifications

  • Domain Knowledge must for MDM, Reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must specially for MDM.
  • Knowledge of ICF controls is must
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Quality Tools like Problem Solving techniques.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
