Design Role Overview

The role of a design professional at our organization is to create innovative and functional spaces that meet clients' needs and objectives.

As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate with designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations by collaborating with the team.
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
