Chief Spatial Stylist

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to craft visually stunning and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for interior design projects.
2. Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and floor plans that align with client goals, sustainability principles, and project objectives.
3. Create detailed designs, 3D visualizations, and working drawings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Showcase impeccable taste in interiors by selecting materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
5. Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design tools, including software proficiency and rendering programs.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles to continuously enhance design expertise and deliver innovative solutions.
7. Integrate eco-friendly practices and materials into design concepts wherever possible to uphold the company's commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Proven professional experience of 4 to 8 years in interior design, preferably in a design-build or architectural firm.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Proven working experience in residential interior design.
• Exceptional taste in interiors and demonstrated ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to integrating environmentally friendly practices into design solutions.
