**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding project requirements and conceptualizing and brainstorming the ideas for any props, characters, environment.
- Researching relevant project material including translation styles, characters, and similar projects.
- Interpreting initial ideas and creating quick sketch drafts for review.
- Creating detailed concept designs in a variety of mediums specific to the brief such as 2D drawings or 3D renders.
- Creating storyboards to visualize scenes and create realistic environments for games and other interactive experiences and requirements.
- Collaborate with art leadership to improve art creation methodologies and stay updated with industry trends.
- Challenge yourself through creative exploration and problem solving.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong portfolio showcasing past personal or professional projects.
- Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization.
- Strong drawing skills with a focus on concept design.
- Ability to work in various artistic styles and media.
- Ability to follow and adapt to stylistic guidelines set by the Lead or Art Director
- Solid understanding of visual language - texture, color, dimension, scale, perspective, shade, composition, depth of field, proportion, spatial awareness, etc
- Good communication, teamwork skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Degree in fine art or any art course is a plus
- Knowledge of 3D Software's like Maya, Blender, Substance painter a plus.
- Willingness to learn new software programs and tools.
- Research topics and information for points of reference and ideas to use in your designs

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
