  • This role involves overseeing launch activities for new features on digital channels, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting markets with internal and external communications, providing training for frontline staff, and leading migration and implementation planning.
  • Post-launch, the individual will lead activities, including reporting, tracking customer responses, and measuring operational performance.
  • They will also manage dependencies, risks, and issues to guarantee timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • This includes tracking management information and analytics reporting to measure business benefits post-launch.
  • The selected candidate will provide leadership to a team of Digital Market Activation Analysts.
  • Effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholder management are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation programs, focusing on online and mobile platforms.
  • A strong understanding of Agile cross-functional teams and delivering digital change at scale.
  • A background in risk management, compliance, and securing regulatory approvals is necessary.
  • Experience in management information and analytics reporting is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team management, recruitment, and performance coaching.
  • The ability to create comprehensive launch plans with key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential.
