Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement component design and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define subsystem requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct performance analysis and validation of components under various conditions.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality standards are met for all components.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 6-10 years of experience in components management or systems engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of component design principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
