As a key member of the Buying team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to drive success in our fashion industry.

Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity is for an individual who possesses strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of samples, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective communication channels with vendors to ensure prompt sample delivery and high-quality merchandise.
  • Collaborate with QA to set standards for product excellence and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop new vendor partnerships while maximizing existing sourcing channels to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with Buyers to achieve budget targets, plan product ranges, and build compelling product offerings.
  • Manage stock levels, style options, quantities, promotions, and markdowns in collaboration with Merchandising teams.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in buying, sourcing, costing, or vendor management.
  • Strong technical skills, including product knowledge, negotiation skills, and effective presentation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills, enabling the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
