Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a professional to represent our luxury real estate development. The ideal candidate will welcome and host prospective clients, ensuring a seamless, memorable, and high-standard experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and host prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  • Host clients during site/property visits, ensuring the experience reflects a luxury standard of service.
  • Provide clients with basic project information and direct their queries to the appropriate team.
  • Coordinate with teams to prepare for client visits (refreshments, site readiness, meeting arrangements).
  • Maintain a reception/hosting area that meets luxury standards.
  • Ensure accurate client records and appointments are well managed.
  • Handle client requests with professionalism, discretion, and a service-first mindset.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement events, property showcases, and client visits.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A warm and approachable personality with a service-driven attitude.
