  • Ensure compliance with system specifications, work safety regulations, and quality control standards">
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution">
  • Train and supervise HVAC technicians to ensure competency and consistency in job performance">
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency">
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in the HVAC industry, adjusting current practices and procedures accordingly">

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum 10 years' experience in HVAC management, with knowledge of low and high-side HVAC equipment highly suggested
