Job Role: Senior Engineer, Scribe Layout Design

In this role, you will work in the Research and Development (R&D) Scribe Design group where you will support advanced memory technology development through scribe test structure design and layout, scribe database management, and design validation.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Process Integration, Electrical characterization, Device, Reliability, Design Rule, and CAD, to create standardized and novel test structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout of memory test structures
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Assistance with silicon correlation and debug
  • Verification and validation of test structure documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in layout design
  • Proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre)
  • Excellent circuit design, layout, schematic, and verification skills
  • Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics and operation
  • Knowledge of Memory Array design architectures, fab processes, and failure modes
  • Excellent problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
