Senior Backend Software Engineer PositionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to collaborate with our engineering team in building and scaling reliable, high-performance backend systems.The ideal candidate will contribute to the architecture, development, and operations of mission-critical services that support our platform.
  • Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
  • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our service-oriented / microservices backend.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
  • Improve performance, monitoring, and observability of backend services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale backend systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang is required.
  • Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals – algorithms, data structures, and system design.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
