  • Work closely with business teams for effective collaboration and control over various business areas.
  • Support the management of a business unit for Puma India, working closely with the business finance head to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage P&L and working capital effectively.
  • Ensure control, compliance, and process automation.
Required Skills and Experience

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Similar experience in business finance or commercial roles.
  • Self-motivated and excellent people skills for managing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think innovatively and provide quick solutions to business problems.
  • Strong managerial skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and GST.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Ability to handle and comprehend large data sets.
  • Experience in the retail industry and working knowledge of SAP are advantageous.
