Job Title: Lead UI/UX Designer

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.

Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.

Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.

Stay up-to-date with best practices, emerging trends, and innovative tools in UI/UX design.

Communicate design ideas and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members across various geographical regions.

 

Required Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.

Demonstrable portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.

Able to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
