About the Role

As a seasoned Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality enterprise products.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, User Experience, and existing engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a highly available, fault-tolerant SaaS offering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and motivating team members to deliver high-quality products
  • Participating in software design meetings to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code
  • Performing code reviews
  • Driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the software development life cycle
  • Providing ongoing feedback and working with engineers on their professional development

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in software engineering, specifically:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent design and programming skills primarily with a focus on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Web Services technologies
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS
  • Full working knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex larger enterprise/cloud solutions
  • Working knowledge of basic technologies such as networking
  • Use of Open Source packages for common capabilities
