Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Expertise: Provide strategic sourcing value by identifying and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders, executing the sourcing process, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel, security, and compliance teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading sourcing initiatives, processes, and developing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Preferred Skills:
  • Effective client relationship management skills.
  • Financial analysis skills, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to lead negotiations and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
