Job Description:

This is a full-time role that requires relocation. As a skilled and proactive Appian and Database Support Analyst, you will ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise-grade applications, specifically focused on Appian BPM and database environments.

Key responsibilities include ensuring business continuity of Appian applications and related databases (SQL Server), providing L1, L2, and L3 support, managing application deployments, version upgrades, and infrastructure components, and collaborating with stakeholders for requirement gathering and alignment with business goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the application lifecycle from development through deployment and production support, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

You will work closely with microservices architecture, understand DevOps pipelines, and maintain traceability and transparency through tools such as JIRA

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep technical expertise in Appian BPM design, development, and support
  • Experience in SQL Server database management and support
  • Core and Advanced Java skills
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet defined SLAs
