Job Overview:

The Operations Transaction Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth transaction processing, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process daily disbursement and settlement transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain limits for customers, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed
  • Onboard new clients, providing exceptional support throughout the onboarding process
  • Coordinate with dealers and branches, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Prioritize follow-ups with sanctioning office processing officers, ensuring timely resolution of matters
  • Conduct regular reviews of SMA/NPA accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
