We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead customer marketing initiatives and build brand scores.

This role involves working closely with commercial marketing directors and zones to pursue the customer marketing agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies for must-win accounts and delivering halo accounts, halo execution, and hakozukuri accounts.
  • Negotiating agreements on visibility and space at off-trade outlets.
  • Tracking visibility initiatives and semi-permanent assets at off-trade outlets.
  • Formulating and executing perfect store guidelines.
  • Closely monitoring market and competitive landscapes.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in business, strategy, or management from a tier 1 or tier 2 institution.
  • At least 8 years of experience in channel management with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in alcohols and beverages.
  • High-level strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Action-oriented and output-driven approach towards ambitious targets.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative outlook with coaching ability.
  • Exudes leadership presence and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates experience in driving change management and business re-engineering.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of success in customer marketing, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams. They will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
