Job Title: Performance Tester

We are seeking an experienced performance testing engineer with a strong background in application performance management and hands-on experience in API and UI testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using load testing tools.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues using application performance monitoring tools.
  • Conduct end-to-end performance testing (load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing).
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Simulate large-scale user activity to test application scalability and response time.
  • Execute tests across various platforms (web, APIs, databases, etc.).
  • Maintain and update performance test scripts as applications evolve.
  • Ensure best practices in performance testing and tuning.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience in API and UI testing.
  • Strong background in application performance management.
  • Knowledge of load testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace.
