Sales Professional

Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field activities.

  • Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers in the assigned territory
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through face-to-face meetings
  • Presentation of product service offerings to clients and negotiation of deals
  • Maintenance of regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Preparation of daily sales reports and maintenance of customer database
  • Coordination with the sales team and management for strategy implementation
  • Participation in local market events and promotional activities
  • Collection of market intelligence and competitor information

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in field sales or related sales roles
  • BASIC ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS (speaking, reading, writing)
  • LOCAL LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY (Tamil preferred)
  • Valid driving license and two-wheeler
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Knowledge of the local Krishnagiri market
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
