Job Purpose:

  • Main Objective: Develop technical solutions using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
  • Lead Quality Assurance Strategy: Direct the development of QA strategy, methodology, discipline, and framework. Improve agile testing and automated testing within the QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Leadership: Offer expertise in Testing Methodologies, Processes, Automation, Tools, and Techniques across teams.
  • Mentor QA Engineers: Participate in interviews, induction, training, and performance evaluation of QA team members.
  • Implement Continuous Improvements: Focus on continuous QA improvements using appropriate testing tools, techniques, test automation, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Analyze QA Activities: Monitor all QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present Testing Metrics: Gather and present testing metrics and activities to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure Tool Efficiency: Properly use available tools to gain maximum benefit from QA effort.
  • Escalation Point: Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 9+ Years of Experience: Possess 9+ years of overall experience and at least 2 years in Playwright.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise: Have strong technical skills in functional and non-functional, manual and automation testing, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with all key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
  • Experience in Testing Tools: Experience with testing tools, frameworks for functional, performance, and automation testing.
