Engineering Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop technical resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
- Forecast and analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping.
- Partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
- Develop and maintain structured resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical concepts and engineering/technical background.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast, plan, and optimize technical resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders.
- Extreme Ownership: Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
- Business Alignment: Ability to connect resource planning with organizational goals.
- Resilience: Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced project environments.
