Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive HAM solutions from scratch, ensuring they align with business requirements.
  • Developing key functionalities for asset management, including reconciliation, barcode management, and asset lifecycle tracking.
  • Configuring and maintaining CMDB relationships and data models to accurately reflect the hardware asset landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated to HAM-specific development.
  • Strong proficiency in Glide scripting, JavaScript, and Integration Hub for building integrations and custom solutions.
  • Proven experience with CMDB/data modeling, including configuring CI relationships and attributes.
