Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely production, quality standards, and proper maintenance across all plant operations.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing production efficiency, implementing safety measures, and promoting sustainability.
  • Oversee general management functions, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, preferably in the dairy industry, with 5+ years of experience in production leadership roles.

Requirements:
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Technology or relevant field.
  • Proven expertise in dairy industry operations and milk production processes.
