Job Title: Assistant Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management, integration, and security of identity and access management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Entra ID/Azure AD Management: Implement, configure, and manage Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) services to support our identity management needs, ensuring efficient handling of user identities, roles, and access.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Support IAM processes such as user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), identity federation, and single sign-on (SSO) to ensure secure and seamless user experiences.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards for identity and access management. Monitor security risks and perform identity and access audits to maintain privacy and trust standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, security, and business teams to define and implement identity management solutions that support business processes while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide day-to-day support for Entra ID/Azure AD-related issues, resolving technical problems and offering guidance to users. Manage escalations and collaborate with relevant teams for complex issue resolution.
- Configuration & Integration: Configure and integrate Entra ID/Azure AD with third-party applications and services. Ensure that identity governance controls are implemented correctly and effectively.
- User & Role Management: Define user roles and policies in line with business requirements. Perform periodic reviews and audits of user access and roles to ensure compliance with privacy and security guidelines.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for internal teams on identity and access management best practices. Share knowledge and stay updated with the latest trends in identity management, privacy regulations, and security protocols.
- Expertise in Entra ID/Azure AD: Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) services, including user and group management, role-based access control (RBAC), authentication protocols (SSO, MFA), and identity federation.
