Job Description:

Project Role: Senior Identity Manager – Entra ID / Azure AD

Project Role Description: As a senior identity manager specializing in Entra ID and Azure AD, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the security and compliance of digital identities across enterprise environments. This role involves overseeing the implementation, configuration, and management of Microsoft Entra Identity Governance and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of these solutions into their enterprise systems, focusing on identity and access management (IAM), user authentication, and compliance with privacy and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entra ID and Azure AD Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Entra Identity Governance and Azure AD solutions, ensuring the organization's identity and access management (IAM) aligns with business requirements and security best practices.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): Oversee and maintain Azure AD configurations for user identity management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and self-service password resets.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that the implementation of Entra ID and Azure AD complies with relevant privacy regulations and security policies. Monitor and enforce data protection measures, ensuring compliance with internal and external security standards.
  • User Authentication & SSO: Manage and support secure user authentication systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and Conditional Access policies. Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications and services.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively monitor the health of identity systems, troubleshoot any issues related to Entra ID and Azure AD, and resolve incidents related to user authentication and access control.
  • Collaboration with IT & Security Teams: Collaborate with internal IT and security teams to integrate Entra ID and Azure AD solutions with other enterprise systems, including cloud applications, on-premises servers, and SaaS products.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members and clients regarding the features, capabilities, and best practices for using Entra ID and Azure AD.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for identity and access management configurations, including system architecture, policies, and user management protocols. Provide regular reports on system health, security incidents, and compliance.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with updates, new features, and best practices for Entra ID and Azure AD, ensuring the implementation remains secure, efficient, and scalable.
