Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media marketing, communication strategies, content creation, and social media optimization to enhance the clinic's online presence and engagement with clients.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services, including online and offline channels.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services, including online and offline channels.
  • Creating engaging content and collateral to showcase the benefits of hair transplant procedures and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hair transplant industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key physicians, referral partners, and industry influencers.
  • Managing advertising and media campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies for social media
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant social media content
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
  • Relevant certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
