About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our SAP SuccessFactors team. As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting solutions to our customers using the SAP SuccessFactors cloud human capital management suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and deploy reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
  • Provide technical and functional analysis of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite modules to customers.
  • Implement and test development items.
  • Develop ad hoc reports from various data sources.
  • Prepare and update technical and functional specification documents.
  • Generate ad hoc queries for verification purposes.
  • Apply business logic and data mapping.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of industry-based experience.
  • Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories.
  • Previous experience or exposure to the SAP SuccessFactors cloud HCM suite.
  • SQL experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
  • Methodical, pays attention to detail, thorough.
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
