The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with EMC VMAX/PowerMax storage arrays, SVC and ESS Storage Subsystems. You should also be familiar with Brocade SAN Switches and have expertise in capacity management, active directory, and software storage area networks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing, configuring, and managing EMC VMAX/PowerMax storage arrays
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and performance monitoring
  • Troubleshooting and resolving storage-related issues
  • Collaborating with other IT staff to provision storage for new applications and servers

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of storage domain concepts and engineering principles. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
