Job Title: Financial Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled financial manager to oversee our company's financial operations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing insightful recommendations.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, providing real-time visibility into financial performance.
- Implement and improve budgeting and forecasting processes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
- Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience OR MBA with 2-3 years of managerial experience in FP&A (preferably in manufacturing/pharma startup).
- Strong understanding of healthcare devices/pharma business metrics and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Zoho, Tally (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and lead a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
