Job Title: Lab Technician

As a skilled and experienced laboratory professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lab Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist V&V engineers during Dry run and Formal execution.

Maintain the lab equipment's, devices, tools, calibration in collaboration with the lab manager.

Resolve system issues in collaboration with the USA team.

Identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.

Take a perspective on problems and spot less obvious solutions.

Find solutions based on theoretical insight and experience for deviating situations.

Identify problems and relevant issues in deviating situations, analyze each using standard procedures, and co-decide.

Make own interpretation regarding assignments based on own calculations and coordinate implementation of changes.

Propose improvements in existing test set-up techniques, methods, and sequences.

Assist and support external certification inspectors during testing activities.

Set up and execute routine tests for all types of products according to test plans in cooperation with operators, assistants, or other resources.

Coordinate maintenance activities related to equipment and tools used by the laboratory.

Update required technical support documents appropriately according to results.

Participate as a team member and support execution of routine tests for all types of products according to test plans in cooperation with technicians or other resources.

Skills Required:

Test specifications, maintenance work, documentations, verification and validation (V&V), qualification testing, calibration procedures, cooperation, design, collaboration, standard operating procedure (SOP), translations, test evaluation, perform testing, test planning.
