Full Stack Engineer Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to drive large transformation projects and contribute to the development of our systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack software solutions using Java, React JS, and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth product delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Java backend development, with expertise in Kubernetes and cloud environments (GCP or public clouds).
  • Strong understanding of modern programming languages, GCP, and cloud computing principles.
  • Proficiency in designing systems at scale, relational database schema design, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineers and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving large platform transformation projects within high-growth environments at scale.
  • Significant exposure to building distributed, event-driven systems and microservices architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive teams forward with excellent communication skills.
