  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team.
Budget Management
  • Develop annual operating budgets for the production department.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure budget compliance and identify areas for cost reduction.
Process Improvement
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to improve operational coordination and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and maintain quality control systems to promptly identify and resolve production issues.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Reporting and Coordination
  • Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operational coordination.
Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
