Software Architect Director Job Description:

About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Software Architect Director to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing detailed design structures and implementing best practices and coding standards.

As part of your role, you will lead a team of developers in delivering successful projects while working closely with architects and the leadership team.

Key responsibilities include building robust, scalable, highly available, and reliable systems using Micro Services Architecture based on Java and Spring boot.

You will work closely with business and product teams to understand requirements, drive design, architecture, and influence technology choices to deliver solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 13-16 years of technical development experience, including 6+ years of providing technical leadership for high-performance teams.

Required skills and qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage layers.
  • Hands-on leader and problem solver with a passion for excellence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
