Key Role: Relationship Manager / Financial Service Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with South Indian Bank branches to generate life insurance business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with bank staff and customers to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Bancassurance preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on sales orientation.
- Ability to work effectively with bank partners to achieve business objectives.
