Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned growth professional to spearhead our referral marketing efforts. As a key member of our organic growth marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition through strategic program development and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and be proficient in optimizing referral programs through A/B testing and reward structure experimentations. Additionally, they will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create seamless app experiences for referrals.

Responsibilities will include analyzing metrics to improve conversion rates and reducing the cost of customer acquisition (CAC), as well as assessing industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage in referral programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for referral marketing
  • Optimize referral programs through A/B testing and reward structure experimentation
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to create seamless app experiences for referrals
  • Analyze metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
  • Assess industry trends to maintain competitive advantage in referral programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-8 years of experience working in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals
  • Experience managing budgets and being accountable for growth performance of a referral program
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and messaging platforms such as Gupshup, Kaleyra
  • Passion for mining customer insight, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills
