Oracle Planning Consultant Job

This position is responsible for the implementation and management of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) across various organizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure PBCS to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes with external systems.
  • Create and manage metadata, validation rules, and business logic within PBCS.
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning to provide technical guidance and support.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Technical Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning and PBCS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, EPM/Hyperion, and source/target system integrations using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, workflow, and security configuration.
  • Functional Requirements:
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Understanding of enterprise performance management and business intelligence principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
