Job Title: Lead PHP Developer

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Technical Lead to support our team in leading software development projects from planning through deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP & Laravel, and experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. They will also have solid knowledge of database management systems, specifically MySQL and PostgreSQL.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development process for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements on time.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, including conducting code reviews.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT (or related field).
  • 3–6 years of proven software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in PHP & Laravel.
  • Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
  • Database knowledge: MySQL / PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
