Dermatouch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
About the Role:
The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, managing office records and databases, and coordinating travel arrangements and meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office management software and systems.
- Certification in administration or a related field.
