Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams and contributing to the development of sales, production, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual sales and production goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Analyze sales and production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing targeted action plans.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, utilizing this knowledge to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to provide strategic support and develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Develop and implement action plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results.
  6. Manage working capital and cash flow effectively, optimizing financial resources to fuel business growth.
  7. Apply theoretical principles, such as the Theory of Constraints (TOC), to optimize business operations and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Evaluate and improve machine dynamics, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in sales, marketing, or operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Showcase exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Be proficient in using software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other relevant tools.
